Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or requesting services from Precision Plumbing Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Services

Precision Plumbing Solutions provides licensed plumbing services in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, including Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore, Norman, Nichols Hills, and Guthrie. All work is performed by or under the supervision of licensed plumbers in accordance with Oklahoma state law.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates on major repairs and installations. All estimates are provided in writing before work begins. Final pricing may vary from estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work. Any changes to scope will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Warranty

We warrant our labor for a period of one year from the date of service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and equipment installed. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within scheduled appointment windows. Emergency calls are prioritized. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before a scheduled appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a trip charge for future appointments.

Limitation of Liability

Precision Plumbing Solutions' liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from plumbing failures or delays beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
